Information & Restrictions

This deal includes:

1. An initial Estate Planning Consult ($500 value) with a JDKatz attorney; and

2. A Non Refundable Credit of $250 towards the purchase of $350 or more of any estate planning documents.

Use the credit towards the purchase of a basic will ($425), revocable trust ($475), or powers of attorney ($175). All flat fee planning performed on an ala carte basis, and priced per person, per document. Other documents and planning options also available, and fees will be quoted at the time of the appointment.

Limitations:

Appointment required for consult. Appointment must be scheduled before June 15, 2013, but may take place at any time prior to June 30, 2013. JDKatz retention of clients is subject to a standard conflict check, which will be run on the phone when you call to schedule your appointment. In the unlikely event you do have a conflict, the certificate could be transferred to another person who doesn?t have a conflict. If you do have a conflict and would prefer not to transfer the certificate to another person, Certifikid will issue a full refund.

After you schedule your appointment, you will be sent an estate planning questionnaire and confirmation. You must complete the questionnaire prior to your appointment. JDKatz credit towards further documents valid day of appointment only. Limit: One offer per client/couple.

EMS, firefighters, and other first responders who may be eligible for free estate planning documents through Wills for Heroes Foundation, and should NOT purchase this deal, if they wish to obtain services directly from Wills For Heroes Foundation.
