Feng Shui in the Bedroom. Part 1 | EdwardKingHouse.com

Let?s face it. Motherhood takes its toll. Once you have a baby, your chances of sleeping like one are dramatically decreased. From midnight feedings, to soothing away nightmares, to waiting up for a wayward teen? Moms? nights are full of disruptions and restlessness. Let?s talk about how to improve the quality of rest you get as you sleep ? even on nights when your sleep is interrupted and just too brief.

As a Mom, I like the idea of being able to take good care of myself without having to take more time out of my already busy life. When I looked into Feng Shui, the ancient Chinese system of spatial planning, I made some subtle changes in my own home that continue to repay my one-time investment of the energy required to rearrange my furniture.

Was I skeptical at first? You bet. But the proof is in the pudding ? or rather in the redecorating ? and I heartily encourage you to try rearranging at least one room of your house. How about starting with your bedroom? In Feng Shui, the bedroom is considered the most significant room because this is the place where we are most vulnerable and where we spend the most time. It is the place where we do the important job of resting and restoring our health and spirit.

A home improvement just like kitchen remodeling it is a successful, great manner to improve value of house and upgrade room that your family use and see all day.
